College of Fisheries Science Major of Food Science & Technology
The aim of Major of Food Science & Technology is to let students know the basic principles of food process and engineering, food chemistry, food microbiology, food safety, food preservation and food quality.
The students acquire knowledge from theoretical course works and experimental prac tice using advanced technologies. At the end of their study the student are equipped to contribute their acquired knowledge for preservation of food resources, development of functional food ingredi ents, new processing technologies, development of new food products, improvement of dietary life and national health improvement.
